Liverpool is set to go for Chelsea’s first choice goalkeeper, Thibaut
Courtois, if they failed to land Atletico Madrid’s Jan Oblak and Alison
Becker.
Courtois has been linked to Liverpool, with his Stamford Bridge future shrouded in uncertainty.
The Belgium international has been ever-present for Chelsea ever since 2014 when Jose Mourinho brought him back from loan at Atletico Madrid.
But the Belgium No 1 is yet to sign a new Chelsea contract with just one year remaining in his current deal.
Liverpool could make a move with question marks lingering over the heads of both Loris Karius and Simon Mignolet.
